  • Economy Shipping (Up to a Week): For non-urgent deliveries at a lower cost.

Shipping Process

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date.
  • We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory guidelines and cannot be shipped to certain locations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

International Shipping

Shipping Issues

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect item, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
